1. Digital Games and Downloadable Content

Due to the irreversible nature of digital content, digital games, downloadable content, or activation codes are generally non-refundable once purchased.

Exceptions:

If downloadable content has serious technical issues or fails to activate properly, you can contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

Providing detailed information (order number, purchase date, problem description) will help us process your request quickly.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise, Collectibles, etc.)

For physical products we sell, you can apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:

The item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Return Process:

After our review and confirmation, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the item and confirm it is undamaged.

Notes:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality issue with the item.

Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return.
